dealer telling me he can't install a part for what Ford Accessory charged me for install

Now the Auto Insurance company wants a "certificate" from the person who sold me this alarm so they can apply a discount for having the shock sensor warranty to the Truck
where in the heck am I going to get that?
but on the bright side, its cheaper to insure the 2021 ranger than a 2006 jeep liberty. My bill went down $12.00
