However, the salesman said they do not give an ETA for delivery until it has been built and ready to ship.

Congratulations Frank. I've heard that 4 months is the usual wait time now, and now it's confirmed for me. I'm canceling my Bronco reservation, and going to order a Ranger Crew Cab to replace my Super Cab. This info helps me with when I will place my order.

Thanks, Jim. I'm getting pretty excited. Production did get bumped once from 3/7 to 3/21. If I may ask, when did you order your Broncos? Good luck with yours.

The wait to get built wasn't bad, but mine's been sitting a month waiting on rail at the factory. I don't expect to see it until May at this point if I am lucky. It never ships.

Sorry for the late reply Frank. I reserved on Oct. 4, 2020. My first order was 3/3/21. At first I figured I would get the Bronco late summer/early fall of '22. Then Ford changed the wording of the process after I ordered. After talking with Granger will figured on a mid/late '24 bulid date if I was lucky. Since the talk with Granger it doesn't appear I'll get it in '24. As I said before, the thrill is gone. Plus after looking at the mpgs of the Bronco on Fuelly it doesn't appear the things are getting close the posted mpgs. I wanted something the wife and I could use for long road trips, so the mpgs has played a part in my decision also. We just took our SuperCab to Gatlingburg from North Carolina for a week. Right at 600 miles up, around town, and back through the Great Smokey Mountains. It posted 26.5 mpg. I've hand calculated several tanks, and the little truck thingy is +2/10's high. That made me happy, and we do enjoy taking the Ranger on our little trips.

I just ran my SuperCab through the Carvana buy process. I nearly fell out of my chair. With incentives, and discounts I paid 24,700 for the truck. Carvana's offer is $30,087.

That has got to hurt knowing it is done but just waiting for a car. Mine was trucked from the plant to mid Illinois in two days. I must have be on one of the first stops.

Beautiful country for a road trip. We were in the Smokies a few years back in our '47, beautiful country. Twenty six and half if pretty good for the area you were in. If I remember right, hilly country. Yeah, I'd take that any day.
