I received a pleasant surprise in the mail today from Ford motor company, a $250 loyalty credit card for being a good customer. They sent it based on some issues I had with my Ranger. It's spent about 10 days in the shop getting a new computer module which wasn't a big deal because they did provide me with a free loaner car.
I totally wasn't expecting this but this is the kind of service that shows me Ford is trying to turn the corner. I have a degree and background in marketing and I've always been an advocate of pushing for strong customer service and this just made my day. Not because of the money, but because Ford looks to be changing for the better. Now if they could just fix the dang sync radio system so Sirius XM doesn't keep failing to get a signal. Man that is annoying!
