Chrome delete with vinyl

Has anyone vinyl wrapped or chrome delete their ranger yet? I want to wrap my door handles mirror caps and tailgate latch. Did you ha e to take them off to wrap. If so any tips or tricks to removing them

I'm looking to do the same, except with Plastidip I'm going to start with the door handles, then the wheels and then if all goes well, keep on going.

Are not the chrome door handles and mirrors just caps over the base paint? Perhaps the adhesive is too strong for the caps to be removed?

No it's not...it's plated plastic, not removable...standard practice in automotive world...
