The best comparison is look at a carbon gray sport or Tremor, the flares bumpers and wheels are Magnetic

Oh, wow. Carbonized is much lighter. We went from a Magnetic Transit Connect XLT to our 2020 Magnetic Lariat. Have an Iconic Silver Bronco - didn’t like Carb on it - but looks great on the Ranger. Now kinda want to darken my Tremor flares when I install them for contrast.

I've had one of each color, and the carbonized is just a wee bit lighter.
But they're both quite pretty in my opinion.
