It's your dream. So you are fully entitled to enjoy it anyway you want to!!! :like:

Good luck with whatever you decide.

Also, just to put a positive spin on your plans... future kid(s) will be out of high school in only 18 years. After that, college, trade school???? So let's split the difference and call it 20 years.

See? No big deal. In 20 years or so after you two are empty nesters you can go wheeling again!

Hahaha I have four kids (three mine, one step daughter.) we go out camping and my two youngest (5yr and 6yr little girls.) love hitting the dirt with the truck bouncing around all wild, my son will go anywhere as long as we can maintain a internet connection after we are done with the real life fun stuff. My step daughter (the oldest) just likes camping (dirt bike engines and truck noises are a bit overwhelming.. so we are looking into one of the smaller electric enduros.).
You don’t gotta wait, just gotta ease them into it… my youngest daughter Belle also already wants the Ranger…. They really know how to pull on heart strings when they’re little don’t they…

long story short.. you don’t gotta wait 18-20 years… maybe 4-5years (obviously wait a bit longer for more intense trails.)
Make those kids ā€œtouch grassā€ and teach them how to have fun and learn real skills.. they will automatically pick up on all the technology stuff as they grow with how integrated the stuff has become.

show them how to live off road it’ll be fun, they will learn about outdoors, and when they’re old enough.. driving skills that not everyone gets to learn.

personally I thought it was gonna be harder to get my girls to enjoy camping, mini bikes, and off road fun? I was mistaken.. I guilt trip my son a little by saying.. don’t leave me vastly outnumbered out there man come on ? (he’s nine but he’s a good kid very cautious and all about safety ? sometimes wonder ? f he’s actually my kid.)

Glad I quit in 2015 - horrible habit all around
Wow, that’s dang near a decade ago now, I quit cigs myself about 6 years ago..
….
But I got caught up in the vape cloud a few years back.. now I’m working on quitting that nonsense…the cool little device and the stupid flavors.. (Damn you custard flavors DAMN YOUUUUU?.)
Anyway congratulations.
Hope to join the smoke free crew permanently myself… unless it’s two stroke tailpipe smoke ? for that just need to get faster so I’m in front.

Tom @Bat-1 , I highly recommend an ozone generator. IMO It is the only thing that helped. None of the sprays did anything but mask the smell for a short time.
Through random chance I was able to get a small ozone generator this weekend. I'll be using it in the truck and report the results.
