That's no "mod."

It's a plastic bumper accessory made to attach to your factory bumper.

It's pricey. But it looks like tacky, cheap, ricer shit to me.

From a video I watched the LED you have to attach , I didn't want the Rouche flares that have the bumper extension but do want to close that gap.
