The only factory break in recommendations I recall (or they were just conventional wisdom) is to go easy on the foot feed for the first 1K miles. Easy means keep the revs below 3K. Lug it (hard with the 10r-80) occasionally to help seat the rings.
Every engine we built at Deere was dyno tested before assy. I reckon Ford and every other engine is the same. This probably takes care of break in.

Now there's a term I haven't heard in quite a while. I called the pedal a 'foot feeder' in high school 45 years ago and was laughed at.
And in the 60K miles I had my 5G, I don't think I ever went above 3K revs but for a few times.

High school was 53 yrs ago for me. I guess the term was the norm back then.
I've believed there is no good reason to go over 4K rev unless you're in a tight squeeze at an on ramp. Especially with turbo like our Rangers. Max torque at 24-2500 rpm until it drops off around 5K. I can get from 0 to 70 mph in decent time and never breach 3K rpm.

New Amsoil vendor on the ground floor of the pyramid.
Amsoil had their day in the sun....40 yrs ago. From memory, Mobil One mainstreamed syn engine oil after then. Now we get in bigger fights over the best syn oil than we would over insults to our wives.

Hey I would not mind living rent free in a basement. Image how worry free you could be. So much free time to mess with people online.
And dealing with zero work day ? ?.
