~~ Quote from support at Shock Surplus when I asked. "I used to love Rancho and have had plenty of sets myself before they were bought out by Tenneco, but after that buyout they now account for about 75% of our warranty claims and less than 5% of our sales."

I have an FX4 that comes with the upgraded shocks. I replaced them at 12K for an upgrade and to level it a bit. I went with Eibachs and they are better than I expected. Improved handling on the twisty mountain road that I run twice a week and handling over fire roads and pot holes is vastly improved. They are reasonably priced and come with the Eibach Limited Million-Mile Warranty. This is a great article that should help guide you. https://www.shocksurplus.com/blogs/news/leveling-strut-comparison-bilstein-vs-eibach-vs-fox

I have one. It's quite thick.
And it needs to spend about 5 hours out in the hot sun to lay flat, preferably weighted down. :)

You'd be right, unless yours is a DeeZee like mine. It came with a hump in the middle that will NOT lay down. It has spent much time in the AZ sun and just will not let go of the hump.
Even so, it's a danged good mat. Very stout.

A rubber bed mat weighs 40lbs? Dang! I guess it makes sense though.
I'm pretty sure the it is 38 lbs if I were to be exact. I got the TrailFX brand. Thick and no smell like some of the cheaper ones. Used to get some in years ago and if we were putting a cap on the customer's truck too, you would lift the cap door and the smell from the rubber mat was awful.
