The after pic kinda makes it look a tad nose high, but my driveway slopes down considerably. After I install my new aftermarket front bumper and grill guard it should settle down perfectly! Funny (or tragic) sidenote, I had a close call one morning with a deer jumping in front of me on my way to work. So when I got to work I ordered a grill guard. About a week later I came over a little overpass in the road and nailed a deer.....course my grill guard arrived THAT day.....but after looking at insurance deductibles and what not, it was cheaper to go ahead and get a little tougher aftermarket bumper than do all the insurance hoops, the damage was minimized to the lower bumper on the drivers side, center punched that deer with the tow hook! Bumper should be here early in January, so there will be some additional pics....That looks great Brian - look at you, flexing all over that rig across the street. ??
What’s the deal with deer in Texas? I’ve lived in Canada (the land of deer and all things wild) all my life - saw a deer on the side of the road once and on a mountain bike trail another time, but I have never seen one crossing the road or trying to throw itself in front of my truck. The after pic kinda makes it look a tad nose high, but my driveway slopes down considerably. Hey I’m digging this set up & I want to do the same leveling and tire size on my 2021 sport. Could upload some close pics of the tires wheel wells side of the truck? I just want to see how much space is there. Thanks2020 2wd still. Had a 3 inch leveling kit installed, new rims and slightly bigger tires (265-70-17) totally changed the look and ride for the better!

Sure thing, it may be in the am. We had to remove the lower chin guard only because my lower bumper is bent in toward the wheel well. Damage from the deer strike. Other than that, if the bumper was fine we wouldnt have to do any trimming or removal. Would have had plenty of room with no rubbing.Hey I’m digging this set up & I want to do the same leveling and tire size on my 2021 sport. Yep, in the 80's, had new heavy duty springs on the rear of my '70 GS for the stink-bug stance. It's kind of funny....I read all the posts about many wanting to level out their Rangers, or lower the rear cause it's too high...and I have a good chuckle...
Many many years ago, getting the rear end up was what we were all doing, going for that nose down look. We would get a set of long rear spring shackle extensions and raise the rear end, keep the stock size front tires and mount a set of oversize cheater slicks on the rear. We didn't care about or really understand weight transfer....we were going for the "look".
Just funny how things have changed over the years.![]()
