Could someone give me measurements from
-top of bed rail to bed surface
-inside from bedrail to bed rail width

Truck will be shipped soon and I am hoping to have a truck tool box ready to put in.

I just went out and measured. I have a supercab (6-foot bed)
The width between the insides of the top caps is 55 1/2 inches (neat the tailgate - might not be completely parallel -- did not check other locations)
The height of the top of the cap to the high points on the bed is 20 1/2 inches (measured near the cab)

Sure it is. Did you look at page 5 of the PDF? I thought Dimensions H500 and W503 were what you needed for a tool box, but all dimensions seem to be there.
