The factory stereo sounds better than my first aftermarket stereo install I did when I was like 20 years old.

Use Forscan to disable the fake engine noise (assuming that is on the Tremor also?) and the B+O sounds even better. The low rumble of the fake engine noise added a lot distortion and 'motorboating' noise to the the stereo that disappears once the "Engine Sound Enhancement" is turned off.

Personally, I'm very underwhelmed by it.

It's OK at low volumes, but could be much better. Been thinking about Forscan to disable engine noise and a few other things.

Do like the choice of music though.
I've taken to pointing and yelling "Ford Fuckin' Ranger!" When I see another.

Had a buddy in the car.. as we get on the freeway, he says " this thing sounds great". I told him.. its fake. A bewilderded look came about.. HahA

Can’t you disable the engine noise thing in the settings in Sync3?

If you're talking about the speed sensitive volume yes.

If you're talking about the piped in fake engine sounds, as I was, no. That's only fixable with Forscan to my knowledge.

Gotcha, didn’t realize it was faking engine noise, also never noticed it. Be kinda fun if we could change how that sounded tho..
