Four southern women are sitting in one of the lady's parlor having an afternoon Coke-a-Cola.
The first lady says...."Oh my Bill is so kind to me...he just bought a diamond bracelet"...The 4th woman remarked "Well, I do declare!"

The second lady not to be out done "My Mallory just gave me a trip to Pairs" Again the 4th woman remarked "Well, I do declare!"

The third lady then indicates "My Fredrick just announce we will be going on an around the world cruise" Again the 4th lady remarked " Well, I do declare!"

So the three women asked the 4th lady. "And what did your Andy do for you?" The 4th lady said "My Andy sent me to Finishing School". The other three ladies were agast! One of the ladies questions the 4th lady, snidely "And just what did you learn in Finishing School?" The 4th lady replies "Well I learned a lot including to use the words "I do declare" instead of F*ck You!"

My mom (NC born and raised) told me that joke but she used the phrase "How nice" with that aristocratic southern style drawal...I still laugh to myself when I think that/say it to someone.

Can relate to all of these. Rotoray dial phone...black only...TV, Black and White with only 3 channels. Box checked on Rabbit Ears with Tinfoil. Never taken a picture of food I am about to eat...Not on Facebook either...

What does not snap, crackle or pop...leaks....Sheesh!

It goes to show the importance of proof reading what you write. Here's a true story from 3 months ago. I had an employee going to the ER & I sent an email to HR and my bosses stating he passed on the way to the hospital. It should have been passed OUT. Needless to say my phone started blowing up wanting to know what happened. I learned a valuable lesson that day to make sure I proof read everything before hitting send
