Aftermarket sway bar link

Broke my sway bar link by popping the ball joint out doing my cv repair lol. Anyways I've driven 3500 miles towing across country with one sway bar link complete removed and finally stopped and found an oreily autoparts that had an aftermarket link for a 2019 it says. The link is same dimensions but only end has a true ball joint the other doesn't really move around. Is this worth trying put in for the rest of my trip or just keep on with out.

Actually looking up the Motorcraft link for the ford ranger I'm not even sure I got the right one hmm will add pictures in the morning but advice still be nice.
