What happened to my FordPass door lock/unlock feature?

Everyday I go for a walk. I put my keys in my Ranger and use Ford Pass on my phone to lock my Ranger. When I’m done walking. I unlock my Ranger using the same process.
Today, I had to sign into FordPass and the door lock/unlock feature is gone. What happened????

Is Ford Pass like a trial 1st few months or year free? I remember when I had my Silverado that it was a trial only until you subscribed and pay monthly.

I’m pretty sure they recently announced it will be free forever. How else can they track us?

Wow, after many refreshing attempts, the feature returned as magically as it disappeared. I think the app is just messing with this tech challenged Boomer.

well my modem in my truck has been dead for over a month, so no features are working for me...............because of covid 19 blah blah blah my dealer cant get a new one for me

have you tried to uninstall the app an reinstall it? I use the McDonald's app for 99 cent coffee most mornings an I've had to uninstall reinstall it a few times.
