Adaptive cruise control Problem

Hello everyone,

My 2019 ranger crashed and after rebuild, I bought new ACC and installed it with bracket. Does it need any calibration ? Cause it does not work, also "pre collision assist not available".

Any advice?

Affirmative - The CCM must have the As-Built Files loaded - It needs to have the VIN# programmed to the new CCM. (Scan Tool)
Best thing to do is get the As-Built data from the PMI or Configuration Download, if you are able to communicate to it then if you did not back up the off unit will need to manually do it.
Then it needs to be installed (aligned) using a combo square (vertically)
Then it needs the Calibration completed after it is verified (vertically) aligned (Scan Tool)
