Truck looks great and looks like it is purpose built with intentional decisions. Nice job! Glad you are modifying for your needs to enjoy your purchase.

Not sure I'll go all the way up to 35's, but am hoping to get on 34's with a bit less lift. Did you swap the UCA's as part of your kit up front?
Thanks. Yes, UCAs are swapped out. Quite purpose built and a lot of fun. I looked at 34s and figured if I was going there, I would go just a bit more. The 285/75R18 is a good size option as it is a factory size for the F350. So you can find the tires in that size and they are reasonably priced. I went with the Goodyear DuraTrac as I have had good luck with those.

I agree woth Phil on this. You take a huge risk with the crash bar delete. Yes I hope nothing bad happens but if it does happen you will pay the price(and it wont just be a totaled truck).

Yes it is cool that you can fit 35 inch tires but if you loose the safety factor then you have to ask if its worth it. Even with my truck i kept the crash bars intact and did not have any issues with it.

Put simple I would still highly suggest at least getring the aftermarket crash bars in there. Will.it be as good as the factory? Cant say but it should be better than nothing.
Look, I prefer to give people a little bit of deference and kindness. Most people who post on here know what they are doing. There are risks with all vehicle mods and this mod is one I have considered many factors beyond just making something fit. Regardless, I shared details on how I made this mod work as there are others who search for such info. Glad you felt compelled to chime in. But kindness matters.

I do not want to troll or anything of that sort, yet it's still puzzling why the US version needs the crash bars as the ROW version does not.
Here are the EURNCAP results of the T6 platform which is virtually unchanged until today. That standard is The standard over here of safety in respect of automobile. I am not saying that the US standard is worse, but the NCAP is for sure something trustworthy.

The frontal impact results are not 100% but rather impeccable. Compare that with other big family car like an X5, GL, Q7, G-Klasse.

Once again, are you 100% those are really a safety device? The USDM also has a metal bumper which should be stronger than the plastic one on the ROW model, so in the ROW there is virtually no protection on the footwell but the wheel itself.
