Loveland wasn't on my radar TBH! But clearly a couple downvotes on them here on the Forums. I chose Longmont over Ken Garff (the options I knew) because they had great reviews and I could get in sooner. I didn't want to jeopardize some travel coming up in October. I thought I was being paranoid, but that turned out to be the right move!Curious why you didn't go to Loveland Ford? They are the worst! But maybe you already knew that? Side note - Ken Garff doesn't answer the phone and has never called me back. Thinking at this point I may need to drive to Denver to get some warranty work done...ridiculous.
Anyway, sorry to hear about your truck. Hope you find resolution soon!
It's been a challenge to track down reps, but texting with them has helped in getting responses. I don't think it's through any lacking competency on dealership reps or techs that this hasn't been resolved yet, more like onerous corporate procedure. They're running more diagnostics and measurements on it now. Will definitely report back on what they find to wrap things up.
