23’ FX4 W/ Black Appearance Package

Got this bad boy sitting just the way I like it. Purchased in January. Knew I’d be getting new shoes and wanted to do a leveling kit but since it’s kinda my grail truck (relative to my budget) I opted for a nicer suspension.

Wheels -
Icon Compass 17X8.5”

Tires -
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 265/70 R17

Suspension -
Eibach Stage 2 PTC (2.5”)
Eibach Rear Shocks

The tires did rub and although the forums said they wouldn’t they did. I did opt to install the crash bars too. No rubbing and even more room for maybe 33”. ??

I had the lift installed professionally and it rides soooo much better. The “boat” feeling is gone and it’s much more rigid and controlled feeling.

Only items I am after now are maybe some pod lights.

Looks great! How's the noise on those tires? My duratracs are kind of noisy so looking at alternatives in the near future.

For pod lights, I'd just recommend doing a fog light kit from Diode Dynamics with their SS3 pro (or max if you want to go nuts) with their SAE Fog beam (got mine in amber). Best lighting upgrade ever, and you can use it on the street. Can always add more lights later.

Not bad. I can hear a little highway "hum" but that's compared to the stock ones so I expected that.

I really need to get rid of my air dam and throw on either the FX4 black skid plate or the RCI ones. Looks awesome and great angles on the pics!

Thank you! Yeah it was a fluke. I cut into it when trimming by accident before having the suspension installed and just thought "F it" and took them off completely. So happy I did.
