I’m going to my local 4 Wheel Parts at lunch to get a quote on the ReadyLift 2” leveling kit. Does anyone have any experience with this kit? Good or bad?

I measured and with a full tank of gas I have about 2.5” between the front and rear.

I want a small amount of rake so if I load the rear or tow I don’t have the butt sag….the truck…not me personally.

Pretty much your generic spacer lift. 2" will be perfect if you're going to tow occasionally.

Spacer lifts will be fine if you are going to do mostly street driving with occasional off-road. Spacer lifts generally perform like crap off-road. If you are going to do a decent amount of off-roading, spend the additional money on a leveling shock kit like Bilstein's 5100 or Eibach Pro kit.

By perform like crap, I mean they will give you extra clearance, but it be very rigid and dampening will be poorer compared to stock.

Thank you, I should have covered that. Mainly paved roads with occasional well maintained dirt roads and maybe a couple times a year forest service or BLM roads which are “usually” okay but can be crap after spring runoffs. No pure trail riding or rock crawling.

You will be totally fine then. As long as you are installing it for looks and some better clearance up front and that is your expectation, I say fire away. The BDS kits are also good, but I don't think they are in stock anywhere, and I assume you local 4WP has these in stock.

This one is not currently in stock but can be ordered. Hopefully.
