2022 Ranger no power, now Sync all messed up

Hi all. We are out of state traveling and our 2022 Ranger just had no power. I opened the dirt and nothing. Wouldn’t start. I eventually jump started it I think, took it to the dealer, and no battery or alt issues.
Now it won’t get a satellite signal or charge or connect to my iPhone through the USB ports.
Anyone else have this issue? I just want it to get me home as we are about a week travel time towing our trailer.

Sounds like a loose connector. Several had something like this happen and it was a connection behind the front headlights (main wiring harness) that wasn't plugged in all the way. Hopefully that's all it is. Did the dealer run any other test or scan for codes?

When all else fails disconnect battery and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then reconnect and give everything time to resync. Also check your fuses for the loss of powerpoints. Something might have shorted and then the cascade effects played out. As Dave mentioned that connection behind drivers side headlight has been the issue for some others on here. The dealer just checked the battery and alternator because they are backed up for 2 weeks. That’s about all they could fit in.
Is that wiring plug easily accessible to make sure it’s connected behind the headlight?

You got to fish around for that connection. It can be a bear to get in there as space is limited. You may be able to get your hand on the connector but getting the leverage to make sure it’s seated in the socket is the challenge.

did the dealer at least check for codes? did you get any on the Ford Pass app?

glitches, updating and battery saving modes all throw the system into no mans land for a short period and disappear as fast as they came.

do you have any add ons to the electrical system that may be drawing power?

I didn’t get any ford pass notification and I don’t think the dealer checked for codes

As far as the Sync issue push the radio power button and fast forward button simultaneously for 10 seconds to reset while the truck is running. Give it about 30-60 seconds to see if it comes back.
