2020 lariat stereo is acting up, anyone experience this?

The radio on startup never stays on satellite where I leave it - recently it keeps going to AM. The satellite radio always goes to channel 0 when I do switch audio sources, and it’s not remembering my phone’s Bluetooth connection. And, it recently started refusing to display apple CarPlay. I’m thinking it’s a battery issue?
