well had the truck and put 10k miles getting 23mpg back and forth to work and tows the yamaha ar190 real well( 13 mpg). ordered parts for build and should start seeing this week. here is list and will try to put links to where purchased as was trying to keep cost low but effective. I began looking and was shocked at $1500 for bed racks that would support tents not even beginning to look at accessories. I am posting a before picture and will post pictures as get things installed. My intent is to use this to camp/overland and pull boat and if go extreme wheeling will put tent on the 2018 rubicon with 37" tires. I know others have to keep cost low so will be glad to answer questions or get feedback.

3" Ford Ranger level lift $190
Radar Renegade RT 285/70/17 tires custom offsets $952
Fuel Shok Grey 17x9 +20 offset wheels Custom Offsets $948
Tuff Stuff Roof top tent bed rack 40" Tuff Stuff Overland $594
Smitty built overlander tent Amazon $899

Got home tires and wheels had arrived along with rooftop tent. It was raining but couldn't wait so installed wheels. liked the look others got from grey wheels with magnetic. Took for drive very smooth and very impressed how quiet they are for aggressive look

Where you able to keep the crash bars or did they need to be removed?

They currently are on but I will remove or replace with BDS Crash bars as rub hard lock left or right just a tad. But well worth it as it rides so much smoother and handles much better. I am really impressed the tire are so quiet and very smooth.

I just order the Tepui Autana 3 RTT for my truck. I’ve been curious to see how others mount their RTT’s.

This is exactly what I was hoping to do. That way the Annex gives you easy access to the bed and supplies.

What rack did you go with?
I’ve been looking at Yakima Overhaul, Thule Xsporter and RCI universal rack. Can’t make up my mind.

So added a few racks to store gear and add to over landing capability. I looked at several racks and modular setups with KPAX mounts and it was pricey. So I bought an aluminium ramp from Walmart and cut to use as rack to mount 20 lb propane tank 5 gallon gas can and Generator. I also used an

What rack did you use to mount your RTT? I am looking at adding both, but still just looking for what I need right now. Trying to find the best system and price. Really like how you made things work with the ramps and repurposed shelf...genius.
