It takes a few minutes to fold up and secure. What takes a while is packing the annex. Probably spend 10min folding the annex then stuffing it into its duffel bag storage. So about 20min + or - a few.

Well....problem solved. I’m happy to report back to our group that the o-ring was dry. found this video on YouTube. decided to give it a try and added some Lucas Gun oil to the ring and reseated everything. Worked like a charm! thank you guys for all your input.

I get what your saying, the BOV and CAI are arguably more for our own listening pleasure than any really performance gains.

Typo, ...the sound come from under the hood. Not inside the cab.

The sound come from inset hood. Not in the cab. Im gonna put the OEM BOV back on and see what happens. If that cures the problem, do I accept it as normal?
