For those wondering... I searched forever online for a "how to" to remove the front bumper to get the front crash bars out without cutting since I didn't have the proper cutting tools... and I also heard they were a pain in the butt to cut off. Finally found this write up by ADD to install their front bumper. Followed steps A-G and skipped to step K. Took about 30 minutes and they slid right out. Hope this helps!

Thanks for this. I was just trying tonight to install some lights in the little 7/8'' tall cut out in the bumper, and came to the realization that I'm going to have to remove at least that lower valence. I struggled for an hour trying to get the clips out between the silver lower valence with the sensors, and the black plastic trim... Reading this, it looks like it'd be MUCH easier to just remove it all. Then to just figure out how to remove those two surrounds inside the bumper cut outs without taking the bumper itself off (because I really don't want to have to deal with getting it installed straight again).

Slightly off topic, but did any of you weigh the bumper after you pulled it off? I'm trying to get an idea of how heavy it is and the delta between it and an aftermarket plate bumper

BB3 thanks for sharing as this saved me a ton of time.

When reinstalling the lower grill connected to the valence, did you have any issues getting it to snap back in evenly?

Thanks so much!! I was looking everywhere for a simple procedure, i was going to try and just guess myself. This will help tremendously!!

Just installed my 33s and it currently rubs at full lock.

Ordered my BDS crash bars/intrusion beams from stage 3 for $77 if anyone else is looking for a nice cheaper route than the readylift $150 beams
