2019-2022 Ranger Grimm Off-Road Hood Hinge Light Brackets Mount LED Lighting on the Lower A-Pillar/Cowl Location of your Hood Hinges
You want to add some extra LED lighting to your 2019-2022 Ford Ranger build, but you are not sure what space you have left on the exterior to mount it. Maybe on roof rack, front bumper, or above the windshield? How about right on the hood hinges in the lower a-pillar/cowl location with the 2019-2022 Ranger Grimm Off-Road Hood Hinge Light Brackets. You can add premium a-pillar LED lighting from top brands like Baja Designs, RIGID, Diode Dynamics, and many more with a simple bolt-on installation. This position allows the additional lighting to flow perfectly with the rest of your off-road build while adding a bit more toughness and complexity to the exterior. For the pitch black nights when you are navigating through boondocks, having more light output to supplement with the headlight output is crucial to being aware of your surroundings and keeping yourself safe. After all, you want to make it back home in one piece to be able to plan your next off-road adventure.

Compatible with 3" LED Pod Lights or Smaller
The 2019-2022 Ranger Grimm Off-Road Hood Hinge Light Brackets conveniently use the stock mounting points for installation. Beyond the simple bolt-on installation, there is no additional cutting, drilling, or any other modifications that need to be made to complete the installation. Each hood hinge bracket is compatible with up to a 3" LED pod light which gives you tons of options when it comes to beam pattern, light output, light color, and brand. Why choose this mount? The high-strength steel construction is hard to damage, even for the clumsiest of us. If that was not enough, each bracket is finished with a black semi-gloss powder-coat that protects against corrosion. You might be worrying that you will be welcoming a new annoying whistling sound by having something like this on your hood hinges, but the low-profile design fits tight to the hood hinges to not allow air to flow underneath with a precise fitting using laser cutting and CNC machining. This completely eliminates any potential disruptive sounds and makes incorporating new LED lighting as seamless as possible.

Can the light you attach to the bracket be easily removed when daily driving, and then easily re-installed when I go off-roading? Thx

That would really depend on the light, but knowing how the lights mount you would need to unbolt and unplug the light every time you wanted to remove it and the reverse to put it back on, would not be difficult but certainly wouldn't be convenient.

Thanks. Can you recommend a compact, low-profile but very bright LED cube driving light that I can mount on this bracket? I'm going to be driving around the desert at night. Thx

Retired, work is a four letter word.
Mine takes an allen wrench to remove, then unplug, takes a coupel of minutes each. I leave them on, my spouse made black waterproof covers for them. These lights are 3X4" with side shooters for ditch lighting without adjusting the housings.

You can make the connection a plug, and keep an allen wrench/ box wrench in your vehicle to remove/install them as needed. I just leave mine on there 24/7. No added noise from these. Just be sure you get weather-proof lights!

Good tips, thanks. I’ll make the connection a plug.

Actually most lights already have a plug installed, at least mine did, I did have to purchase a pig-tail of the matching connector to wire into my upfitter box.
