That's probably done through a tune, not via FORSCAN.

Plant your left foot on the brake, right on the gas. Lift off the brake when you wanna go. I have pushed my truck through the brakes when the boost came and it GETS IT. That's also on the 93 tune.

Yeah mine does that with the bigger turbo also. Just wanted to do it to make a video

I'm sure it's POSSIBLE to tune the converter to not lock up and you can brake-boost it to a higher RPM with a more custom tune, but nothing off-the-shelf. Normally launch control is for something with a clutch, be it dual or single, computer controlled or left foot.
