Congratulations you have passed up everything I can find on Google for service intervals they all stop at 150,000 miles
https://www.ford.com/support/maintenance-schedule/
I would start over at 30,000 miles with the Maintenance Schedule in the FordPass app or p.416 of the Owners Manual. The schedule ends at 150,000, you have 180,000, so pick up at the 30,000mi mark. You could use whatever schedule you've been using; in my case I change oil & filter & rotate tires at 6,000 mile intervals, and do other stuff by 1/2-ish factory schedule(just did most of the 150K stuff art 84K). I use my Ranger pretty much as a car, never towed and haul mostly 2 lawn chairs and/or a bicycle, do ~4-600 mi of 4wd/yr on USFS and BIA dirt/gravel roads. My truck is up for 180,000 mile service. Anyone have this yet?
What is all performed?
Cost?
Thanks
