I gained about 15 pounds after having rotator cuff repair surgery. I had my arm in a sling for 2 months an had to take it easy for 4 more.

Last Jan I did the old Adkins diet, pretty much a lower carb keto diet an lost 20 pounds in the month of Jan. I plan on doing it again to get rid of another 20 pounds. I only gained about 5 of it back.

I don't really consider it a resolution, more the fact that Jan in Ohio sucks weather wise so I can stay in an avoid indulging. My B day is early Feb an the super bowl is Feb so I usually drop the keto thing around then.

My New Years resolution is to work harder and make sure everyone has a damper before the end of 2023!??

You All Get Dampers!!.jpeg
Can't wait to receive our Damper.
You'll have to pay shipping and taxes.. pretty sure after the handling fees, it would be cheaper to just pick one up yourself... ?

However, the t-shirt is virtual.. so it's free!

Its been a long time since I made a new years resolution. I always reflect on the previous year and see what changes I want to make going forward.. but rarely resolve anything specific.

This year I resolve to put a lift on my truck!

I'm still adhering to the resolution I made 30 years ago: don't make plans or promises I don't intend to keep.

As someone said, "In a world where you can choose to be anything, choose to be kind".

I love the “kindness” thoughts on here. Exactly what I was thinking about today. Going to be intentional and spread a little more kindness this year. It’s easy to become self-absorbed if not careful.
Stay on my Mediterranean Diet & move a little more!?

I got introduced to a Mediterranean diet from my old business partner. Portuguese guy from the old country. Like my second dad to me. Food is amazing but the main meal is lunch. Dinner is half a sandwich or something else light. Lots of olive oil and lemon. Now you got me thinking, New Year’s Day should go to the restaurant 40 miles from me for a good remember when dinner. Really miss that!
