Hell no. It's going to ride like shit and have terrible geometry.
A legit 6" lift is going to be very expensive. IFS drop, diff drop, coil overs, different leaf springs, control arms, etc.
There is no point in going with a 6" lift.

The next Ranger "should" have the same wheel fitment, since the Bronco is the same as the 2011- Ranger.

You can adjust the door latch, aka the silver thing on the B pillar to adjust the door. Bring it in a little.
Loosen the bolts, bring it in a tad, tighten, test, readjust if necessary.
My front passenger door was too inwards and it didn't like to close easily.

I'm thinking of tracking down a set of these Evo Corse wheels. They are an excellent wheel company out of Italy who make racing wheels.
These ones are run at the Dakar.

I meant that a technician has to install the tune. It's a standard handle held tuner, the same consumer grade hardware and process of other aftermarket brands. Its not like it takes special dealer only tools.
But it's worth the price you pay for the warranty.
I finally pulled the Ranger into the flat, level garage and pulled some measurements of ride height. I measured from the pinch seam. Measuring vehicles from the fenders doesn't typically work well, because the heights can be different just purely from the sheet metal and shape.
