Primo truck jdog. Nice upgrade list.
Take care of it and be easy with it off pavement. One size up on tires maybe after these tires are doneā¦
Keep the success curve going! :like:
I put in my BulletPoint phone holder todayā¦
Lots of little knick knacks Iām bolting inā¦
Thanks for helping me spend my money!!
:LOL::crackup:
Looks like antennae when not being used ?
RangerDave, did you consider rotating weight with this setup? Looks like your tires are 61 lbs, which isnāt terrible. The RockTrix look nice too.
Nice setup you will have!
I am right behind you with wheels, bumper & suspension.
Fun times! Your truck will look good. :)
I went from Ranger to Mini Raptor with one grill lol. I will go pre runner or desert truck ālookā although its 90% street & light off pavement usage.
The Raptor grill is not necessarily a better looking grill, but I went with it. For now.
The Nitto G3 will be my next set of tires. Because they are very light in the tire size I will use. With light wheels also.
Its my mindset to not losing too much power & keeping some sort of fuel mileage.
My next set of wheels will be 15 pounds less per wheel than the current set. 11 pounds per...
I learn quick! Lol
I have another part on hand, and two more incoming
Go Fund Me @ Maxacceleration!:crackup:
Yes I chased threads. Kinda gooey mucked up. I did have to carve some of it out as my tap got hung up.
Maybe a light drill bit if it had hardened fullyā¦
I love the Line X & tool...
To add to my Line X which was sprayed in yesterday, I bolted in two swing out tool boxes today.
Gotta keep my back seat area clean which always seems to collect this or thatā¦
Hoping tonneau clamps will clear the tool boxesā¦
Oops⦠Les Schwab measured my wheels at -12 offset which does seem right as much as my wheels extend out.
Contemplating unloading these current wheels. Fuel Assaultās - not my styleā¦
Yup, for yesterday anyway.
Pulled a wheel today and it looks like my 18x9ās are +19 offset. Not positive identification on the wheel like I thoughtā¦
Unidentifiable spacer lift - been on there a while⦠cast aluminum knuckles.
Next is having Les Schwab sipe my tires. A good PNW trick on non...
This is my drivewayā¦
This is my road.
Sandbags in the bed.
The wife is enjoying the truck but not the icy conditions.
The power is good but I am driving for mpgās.
Iāll guess the tires will knock down any 20+- mpgāsā¦
That would bee the best route⦠but certainly an expensive route. Not trying to dump a ton right off the bat.
I will price a bed liner spray, and see if I can return these tool boxesā¦
My thought was to put things in the tool boxes and not in the back seatā¦
So not the cheapest part(s) I will buyā¦
Two fold out bedside tool boxes, Ford licensed.
Not fitting with a Ford bedliner!
So I either hack out a gaping hole in my bedliner or return two tool boxes.
SHEESHā¦
First mod thwartedā¦
(I was going to buy a hard tonneau cover which would insulate & cover...
Got a side view pic⦠truck looks tame from this angle.
I think no crash bars help the 285/65-18 on 18x9ās fit.
No apparent rubbing (as used so far as a street truck).
I will probably ditch these wheels.
I have on my ā20 XLT 285/65-18 AT tires.
Bought this pickup equipped this way.
18x9 Fuel wheels, not sure of the offset but they poke out slightly from my fender flares even, so I will guess 01 or -12 offset.
I will pull a wheel and check specsā¦
Oh, crash bars removed.
I am going to sell these...
