Never said anything about selling to the customer tools designed for mechanics to use themselves. If the customer is too cheap to get a set of struts or a new prop rod well their problem not ours. Oil changes have to get done.

I have seen it from working in an auto repair shop, it's why tool makers like Snap-on and Matco, make adjustable hood props for that situation.
