Terrain Modes, skid plates. Personally, I just got the rear locker by itself, since if I want, I can fab my own skid plates and install my own upgrades. I do miss out on the terrain modes, unless I want to mess around with forscan, which I donāt really want to.
Hopefully it comes by truck. It doesnāt have to go far, just about a two hour drive away haha! Either way, Iām just glad that my wait is almost over!
OK, maybe I just havent gotten an email. I just saw the date change when obsessively checking Ford tracking. Says scheduled week of the 2/10 which doesn't make that much sense, since it's the same week at the 6th. No window sticker yet.
100% I ordered a 100A because at the time, the 101A was on commodity hold, and the XLT is just too expensive to get a bottom barrel infotainment center and halogen headlamps. I accept the fact that I will need to install a Rostra cruise control module and at some point will probably get annoyed...
I think a big part of the issue is that there simply aren't any Rangers on lots to buy. Before I ordered, I could pretty much buy a Colorado every time I went out and looked at GM dealers. There was never a Ranger in stock, and you're pretty much looking at a 6 month wait to get one.
I very...
The price of the Maverick is extremely good. Couple that with good payload, larger more comfortable interior, and fantastic road manners, the Maverick is probably a better deal for most people. If I didnāt have the goal of towing my JK to the trailhead, it probably would fit my needs better too.
Looks like a great time!
Terrain modes should technically work great in certain circumstances. Being able to keep each wheel at ideal slip% and traction% is definitely what you want, compared to open-open differentials. Especially since fordās traction control systems are very well programmed...
Man, thatās a pretty good price. Time for me to go look around some dealerships for unsold ā22 Rangers or 150ās that maybe I can get a good deal on.
