Well if the spare is the same size as the other four, I would pick the best of the four tires of your second set to replace the original, which would be around ten years old at that point. From there on, just replace the spare with the best tire with every new set so that the spare won't be...
Not sure if it was a Ford Quick lube but Autonation Ford closer to where I live had a coupon for $300 for brakes and rotors that popped up when I was setting an appointment for the open recall. Took the deal because the parts alone would have costed me more than that and I was hearing a squeal...
I started a thread on changing the 4" to 8" and folks gave info for aftermarket head units that will retain a lot of the factory stuff via wiring adapter kits. I have since found Scosche also offers a kit in addition to the infor in the thread I provided. Hope this helps
If this was happening with other makes or models, then I'd agree with you. However, other vehicles I've owned or driven in our 90F+ heat would have the entire interior cooled enough to turn down the fan speed after only a couple minutes which is why I believe there is a leak in mine. Just need...
I currently have it on the back burner due to school and some trips I’ve got planned but I’m going to do the aftermarket route due to affordability and the near enough oem look we can get. Currently, I’m using a silicon phone stand on the tray in the dashboard and works well enough for now.
I see that you’re getting your new axle shaft soon but just in case it’s another dealer gotcha, you can inform them that Rockauto has the motorcraft shafts instock.
Recirculation stays on unless I am defrosting the windshield as I have no interest in the outside smells and cabin air filter was recently replaced with no change (didn't expect any, just wanted to change it). Temp does go to hot and back to cold just fine, just need to remain in the highest fan...
Working in a hospital and able to see the folks coming in fresh from a MVA (motor vehicle accident), Honda is very impressive with their safety. It is not unusual for EMS to take pics of the accident and some of the pics had me wondering how the occupants were alive at all let alone seemingly...
Toyota lost a lawsuit where they were forced to replace the frames on many Taacoma's, Tundra's, 4Runner's and Sequia's (or whatever their Tundra based Tahoe wanna be is called) from around 2005-2010 depending on the models. I can't see the OP but reading the comments I'm guessing you have an 08...
I’ve got a thermometer similar to that kicking around somewhere, I’ll try to locate it and see what temps it shows for my drive to work tomorrow night.
My first thought was this as well but when I saw some intercooler upgrades, most of them showed the part being installed behind the grill which is why I am thinking the condenser is low to the ground with a nice opening for debris to come through. Will probably get an aftermarket insert to...
My understanding was that the warping happened on the automatic climate control and not the base single zone version. Is that not the case? It does change vent position from head to defrost and to heat (not that it’s been needed here in Houston) just fine.
Mine has been like that since I got it a few weeks ago but I did buy it used with 77k miles and it was a cloudy day so I didn't notice it until a couple days after. Overall I am loving the truck and will be going on a couple trips in the next four weeks, one of which will be camping trip.
