Can anyone with the FP tune tell me if it will allow you to change the tire size to a 285/70/17? I've read it will only allow for a 265/70/17, and also it will allow for different sizes. Thanks

Looking at your wiring harness did you also run an amp for the main speakers? And how are you dealing with the crossover settings if you tapped into the rears for the sub...Or are you still running full bandwidth on the main speakers?

Awesome and perfect timing as I was looking for this. About how much polyfil did you stuff in the sub box? I'm not looking to rattle the neighborhood, but does it feel like enough bass to really wake up the sound system?

Purchased new wheels from Tire Rack and went based on their fitment for the Ranger. The hub size is 106.25. Will the 106mm to the 93.1mm ones work, or do I need to keep looking? Have not found the exact size yet...

Thanks, for the feedback. Seems truck wheel sizing is a bit more difficult than cars. I've had lowered cars all my life and was much easier to find something that works, filled the wheel well without rubbing.

So need to be closer to the +55? Going to install the Eibach pro kit with the shocks and springs to level it.

Thanks for the links. These are the tire I'd like to go with, but if mileage drops a bunch or the truck feels like a slug, I'll just stick with a 265.

New here and been searching around. I would like to run a 275/70/17 tire on the factory sport wheels, since they look nice for a factory wheel. I have seen that the BFG All Terrain TA KO2's will work, but BFG only makes the heavier "E" rated in the 275. Looks like the 285 in the "C" rated is...
