    Was it replaced with a OE part or aftermarket. If after market (china) might consider replacing the module. But you would have to make sure the wiring is intact from whatever module controls the BLISS system to the taillight.

    What capabilities you looking for just a code reader or something that has bi-directional capabilities? Personally I would look on Amazon with prime day going on find the best bi-directional scanner I could afford.
