I think so too since it seems to have all started around the same time for everyone. I would find it extremely odd that everyone had hardware issues at the same time.

I am having the same issue with the Radio ID 0. Weird that we are all having the same issue at the same time.

After one of the updates my phone wouldn't connect to the BT in the truck. I had to delete the phone from the SYNC menu and also delete "Ford Ranger" from the BT on my phone. Went back in and paired the phone to SYNC and has been fine ever since.

My friends 2019 Explorer does not have the Nav package but supports AA. His screen is always on AA, maybe your Edge is the same?

I just got the Coolwalk update on Friday and I really like it. As weird as this sounds it looks much more like the Ford Sync interface which I liked more than the regular AA interface.

Mine squeals like a wounded banshee when it is cold out.

That refinery announced a few weeks ago that prices in Denver were expected to rise drastically because of the two fires and then the shutdown of the plant. At least they said that the air quality was not affected.
