Not to be an ass but I still get targeted ads from when I bought mine. Search Amazon or Etsy. Check the reviews. Get what you think looks good. Be happy it's better than stock.
I love my black truck with black raised letters with red highlights.
Not too many in my area. Most are in one park area that is easy to avoid. The places outside of Austin TX I drive in with them.. normally have someone to latch on too (ish). Not on their bumper but not my normal distance either. Just not enough for them to run behind the other car like they...
Glue yourself to someone ass and let them take the insurance claim.
That or slow down and don't speed. Give yourself the extra second to react in deer country.
Do NOT follow someone from a normal distance. Those dense shits might wait for the first car to pass but they won't even look for a...
Not sure about pump stress but it is a 2.3 that already holds 6.2 quarts of oil. That is more than my GM 6.0 sitting in the driveway. I think it has enough already - IMO. I am going to try to stick with what the truck calls for - especially with the extra stress from the tune on it. I want it to...
I don't offen try and flash mine when I may need to save a kid from a burning building.
I think I would just wait until it's a nice calm time at the house, looking ahead to what the truck needs in the coming days etc.
That is just me; I could see the need to turn it off and lock it if...
Sort of like not screwing with a computer flashing its bios. ... That said, why risk it IMO. It just takes a minute or so (not counting the initial backup... That was like 20..)
Not sure if I missed it, but this thing drinks gas when it's firing up from cold. Doing a lot of short trips that let it cool all the way off results in some horrific mileage. I don't sit and idle for a long time either. Tach drops or temp gauge ticks up and I am moving (just no boost until it's...
Update: do not leave your music volume set it 1 or maybe 2.... making you think you are hearing a weird knock noise that has a rythm to it but not that of a 4 cyl.
I did not figure this out from direct experience this morning while letting it warm up just a bit before taking off........ ... ...
Too many LEOs here to talk about what happens when the go pedal hits the floor at that sort of speed after the tune.
It isn't mpgs.. more like the mph needle rising surprisingly fast. (Never exceeding the local speed limit of course)
Mpg up about 2 when not driving like a clown. Mid throttle response so much better.
Really wish the truck had shown up like this stock. Shifting and power wise.
Freaking awesome.
10/10 would buy and flash again.
Now to see how it does in the long run.
Mine is sitting at 17mpg but... That has a lot to do with the weight of my foot + weeeee!!!!.... I am sure it can do better. It tries to go up then I see another on ramp or something.
