God I hate to admit this but the fears my parents had when I was a teen.. I understand now. I'm sure you are feeling the same.
My 15yo son started his driving classes this weekend. He THINKS he will be using the Ranger. He also tries to debate on why I should just give him the GTO.
My plan is...
The internals and the rod of a lowering or lifting suspension account for that. Coilover or not.
If for example, you use drop springs on a stock shock, it'll ride like crap. The shock is not designed to work within those distances. Same goes if you bought springs that lift your truck and then...
Raising or lowering does not affect the spring. The whole spring assembly moves up and down the shock body. The rod on the coilovers are designed to cover the height adjustments within the range the manufacturer sets. That is why eibach tells you not to go over or under a certain range.
Some...
I know all about rough roads. I live in the greater New Orleans area... It's freaking ridiculous at times.
I ended up getting a good deal on a full set of the eibach pro stage 2 couple months ago. Unfortunately, I hurt my back something bad and have not been able to get them installed. So they...
I've only seen the Valvoline ULV at that sale price, once. I need to do another drain and fill. Napa now has the Valvoline at $17 a quart. Amsoil for me is 13.55 a quart if i get it by the gallon. I think i'll be adding it to my order for today .
I will say that I've never really had any...
I didn't mean they don't bolt up to the same holes. The RC looks to use a beefier bracket and sticks out further then the OEM versions.
I did do a search and I was only confused on whether I need a different valence, are mine already cut for it or can I cut mine. I see some buying a new valence...
I have a 2021 2wd with the black out package. I'm looking to get a set of ford oem tow hooks. Are these these the slits where they would go? Do I need to cut the lower bumper to make them fit?
Pics attached are of the lower front bumper. The holes do feel like they are threaded.
I've had mine tuned since 2021@1000miles. I change my oil every 10k, trans fluid drained, filled and filter replaced at 77k, replaced plugs at 70k I think and somewhere in between all that I drained and filled the diff fluid. 99% of the time it's been on the 87/89tune. I'm at 108k now.

In like new condition. Previous owner shot ~100 rounds. I myself have never shot it. Cleaned, oiled and back in the box. If you want a rare 92 then this is the one for you.
2020 Limited run vertec frame with a beautiful full length slick sided slide. No decocker and no safety.
Front night site...
Bro.. Im not condemning you. Lol... I don't care. I've done my fair share of "fun" on the streets. Was just sharing my experience.
BTW... I have a 2wd with the black out package. It came with H rated Bridgestone duelers. Which is rated up to 130mph. I'm not sure what the hankooks are rated at.
I have the livernois tune and it tunes out the speed limiter.
I've gotten my truck to 130 and it's not something I'll ever do again. Stock suspension and brakes aren't made for it. It got there quicker then what I expected but the brakes and steering were pretty much useless at that speed.
I get my oil kits from Napa. Some use blackstone. I'm not sure if there is any difference other then the Napa version was a little cheaper, from when I compared it 3 years ago.
I bought mine brand new in 2021. I noticed within the first year of ownership that my coolant gets to where yours is in the Pic. I did a coolant system pressure check and did not find any leaks.
I now have 106k on my truck and have had no issues. Fuel mileage is fine, power is fine, no smoke...
