Hope you get this fix. The brake pedal shouldn't go to floor like that.. might be an issue with that. I have the same 2021 Lariat 4x4 501a truck and no issue with it (KNOCK WOOD), got around 1400 miles on it now.

Definitely their fault. Shouldn't have that metal cable in first place - no idea what it's for either but I have LiftMaster and do not have that metal cable anywhere.

GVWR on the white sticker definitely says 6050lb. The other sticker which shows the tires PSI, has "The combined weight of occupants and cargo should never exceed: 1582 lbs"
