Update 12/31: So I called, left a message and email the service department on Wednesday regarding how long it was going to take to get my diff and so far I have not received a response back. The part was supposedly coming from Sacramento which if I recall correctly is Ford's large parts depot...

Flat black tailgate letters installed. I really need to wash this poor truck. Needed to do something to it while I wait for the dealer to get a new front differential in since they destroyed it by not refilling the fluid when fixing a bad seal.
