What time are you going to show up, I'm still not cleared from my doc to get back on my motorcycles from my clavicle break, almost but got another week yet. We can have a blue truck party.
55 is stock ( tucked in ) -12 will damn near have the whole tire hanging outside the fender ( not really but it's almost a 3 inch slide outward. If you want them out a bit but not hanging out past the fender go for a 25.
I have 265/70R18 with the Ford Engineering Fox 2.0 kit. I actually do rub just a tiny bit but not on the crash bars but on the frame rails on whatever tire is turned so the rear of the tire is close to the frame. The crash bars are REAL close. I suspect you will need a small spacer, say 1/2...
My rock rails from Rocky Road Outfitters showed up today after a last shipping delay for the holiday, no big deal after the 3 month wait for them to build a set. I was able to get one installed today.
I remember reading somewhere back in this thread that sometimes on these "bulbs" the O-ring on them is out of spec. They cured the issue by putting their original bulbs O-ring on the new " bulbs " and then had no issue. It would be worth a shot.
It's strange how people keep putting these aftermarket suspensions under them to make them more capable offroad and they end up riding much better. It's almost like Ford got the valving wrong on the stock shocks.
As a 6'4" 205 pound guy with a 36" waist 38" inseam I truly feel your pain.
The only time it's handy being this size is grabbing something off the top shelf.
