This what I dread every year I return to Idaho. To find that a squirrel or mouse has setup camp in either the tractor, razor, or decided some form of electrical was tasty. I do patch the occasional hole in the insulation in the barn that mice grab for bedding.
I understand why one of my...
I think you are missing part of the discussion and warranty has nothing to do with the crash worthiness of a vehicle. Models like the Ford Raptor are classified as a performance variant and do not undergo the same level of independent testing from NHTSA or IIHS. Although all vehicles still...
This is a pretty good breakdown of how the 2015 Ford F150 Crew and Super Cabs performed with and without the anti - intrusion bars. Not a small difference in performance either.

Just looking at the errors you can trace everything related back to a BCM component. Only reason I mention BCM.
I can't see how you have overloaded the CANBUS. Folks on here have a lot more amp draw going on than you do, and CAN is just the communications method that all the controllers talk...
If I'm not mistaken most of those codes are BCM related besides the C### reverse signal (APIM) which gets its status from the BCM.
Are any of your accessories tied into the BCM?
My money would be you have a fried BCM with that many error codes.
2015 was the year Ford got dinged for not including the crash bars on F150 extended cabs vs crew cabs. Watch some videos on the side overlap and oblique tests from the IIHS comparing the two models.
As for insurance. I asked when I lifted my F150. I paid a 30% increase in premiums to ensure...
Few minor issues to resolve for any final design. Top gasket is needed for leveling. The hood shroud when attached is not level with the center divider. I got close but need to add another 5mm to maximize the space. 1mm needs to come off the left side as it will rub against the shroud...
I have, but they charge a fortune or the quality is not worth it.
It's a sizable print.
Upper half is 16 hours. Lower half is 7 hours. Mouth is 4 hours. I could shave a bunch of time though going from a 0.4 nozzle to a 0.8 nozzle but the print quality is crap and any time savings would be...
Not going to bother with any post processing for the first version.
I'm contemplating upgrading my printer from the S3 to the S5 so I have a larger print area and can print with higher temp materials. For some things I'd rather print with Nylon G/X over Polycarbonate plus some of the newer...
It's possible. Problem with me trying to sell things is when I'm in Idaho for half the year I don't bring any printing capabilities with me. My time up there is all tractors, chainsaws, power tools, and coding.
I leave the lab of printing, soldering, and electronics down in Phoenix.
If it...
A simple way to test if these are beneficial or not would be to use two temperature probes to measure both external and internal temps. Data log both with and without the scoop. If its beneficial you should see the internal temps normalize towards external temps showing that more cold air is...
