Exactly. There is a reason they sell extended warranty’s. The odds are in their favor. If they didn’t make money off it, they’d never sell it. Who knows I may still add one if my truck shows signs of major issues or something, but with how many miles I drive, I’ll be out of any warranty way...

Glad to hear this is fairly normal in tow. When coming to a stop the downshifts are definitely more aggressive. Normal mode shift pretty smooth for me, tow definitely has some more aggressive/harsher downshifting. I imagine it would seem better actually pulling a trailer or boat with it. Well...

Did the unleaded tune fix tow mode? Normal mode works pretty good for me except the lugging at too high a gear. Tow and sport mode both shift way too rough, especially on downshifts where I slowing down very easily. I’m constantly lurching forward and back in those mode with tow being the worst...

That was one of the things I didn’t like about the Fox setup. I’m sure they’re great but they suggest rebuilding them however many miles and with the way this supply chain/economy has been, I’d rather not worry about having to rebuild them every 30-50k.
