So, it's been cold here... bunch of freeze thaw cycles every few days over last few weeks. Had a mixed snow/ice fall on Friday, which means the bed filled with some since I haven't received my tonneau cover yet. With temps hovering right at freezing last few days, there's melt during the day...
Have decided I'm definitely not going to keep these; Going to run naked for a bit, debating saving up for some sliders.
No damage or issues; removed today at 146 miles. (basically got home from dealership and removed them)
Will include factory Ford mounting bolts. Would prefer not to ship...
Ok I think this may represent the sound better than a few other vids I watched while exhaust shopping...
Best if listened to with something with strong bass capability as many of the tones are low frequency. (Surprised the heck out of me for a four cylinder exhaust!) Normal cell phone speakers...
Yeah that’s my plan for today when I pull the step bars.
Was just hoping to find the factory plug or something like it so I can remove the bolts and include them with the bars if they sell.
Guys I think you may be misunderstanding me?
I’m not talking about the row of holes in the rocker panel; I already plugged those with the plugs from Amazon.
I’m talking about the threaded holes where the bolts go into the body and hold the step bars in, once I remove the step bars.

I plan to remove the step boards that came on my Lariat Tremor. Will either store them or sell them. Haven’t decided yet.
My question is, does anyone know the Ford part number or similar generic...
Thanks!
I'm going to try and get a good cold start audio startup clip tomorrow and post it here. Lots of the clips posted I've watched weren't actually representative of what it REALLY sounds like. (it sounds better than a lot of the clips I've watched)
In person, the rumble on start is...
So, wow, It is cold outside. But I was fueled by anxious anticipation and excitement. ? So I barely felt it. Lol. (And can barely feel my fingers too. ?)
AWE 0fg cat back install in 24 degree weather. ?
Sounds amazing! I’m lovin’ it and haven’t even gone for a drive yet.
Yeah, I had no idea, only stumbled upon the thread a few days ago. Wish I could give credit to the person that mentioned it.
You need TWO of those packs I linked. One pack covers each side.
Downside is they aren't going to be painted like they were when installed by Ford prior to body paint...
My plan was to pull the steps, but leave the bar. I'm going to take a peek in the morning daylight and maybe pull one step, just to see how it looks underneath with the holes. If the bar is useable as a step, I'll add traction tape over it. If it's tucked too far under the rocker, I may just...
