Lmao! I have the same style pan. A few times I've taken out the drain pan plug but didn't open the vent and same result... Oil every where. The worst is scrambling to get under there and having to lay in the oil.

I seen that too and I am interested. Would be a lot cheaper then buying a new drive shaft. But I was under the impression the bearing is not removable without damaging the driveshaft. One issue with a 2 piece drive shaft is the vibration. I'm wondering how much this setup will lessen that.
