HMM - That is VALID question to ask per the (Print Verbiage - NO) but the (WHAT IF) you have a transmission that was installed with that updated drum but not in the specified coverage years
I just remembered this was covered before and I highlighted the Tap point for the (Entry/Exit)
Insstalling running board lights | 2019+ Ford Ranger and Raptor Forum (5th Generation) - Ranger5G.com

Note: This only is for the 2022 and 2023 Ranger - with a build date - On or After August 16, 2022
For those that have Build Dates - After August 16, 2022 and have the new design CDF Drum, this TSB was posted today.
This shows even though the new drum is installed that there is enough issues...
So to confirm
You want - Park - Turn and only (Remote Unlock-Flash) - the same as the parking lights?
or
You want only the extra (Illuminated Entry) when the door is opened and closed, with an XL you do not have the Puddle Lights, but they share the same circuit as the cargo light, and you have...
Being that I am still stock and have not attempted the Tire Size change, I can only see the varied issues being reported - such as a constant DTC with the light or only a hidden DTC that shows when you scan.
The issue comes from the BCM - Vehicle Configuration Data - this is the only place...
The Ford branded version is the Redarc Elite plus another module (Lumen) that picks up the brakes applied signal from the CHMSL instead of the brake pedal. When AEB is activated the brake lights are also activated - that’s the difference
It will work - you just will not have the AEB tie in that the now discontinued Ford branded version did.
If AEB triggers the TBC will not see it and the Ford version does - however it was discontinued and no longer available.
When you tried the headlights and horn - Did they work?
The alarm sounded - because the BCM was not awake to see the transition - to Unlock & Disarm.
When it woke up - it was in a different state than it was when it went to sleep.
The question is - Can you actually control the (Fan & Temp)?
There are some Forscan settings to get the (IPC) to display the screen but as far as I know it does not allow for adjustments
I did look into this some time ago, but never really dug deep into it as it has been asked.
The springs are side specific:
PN
KB3C-5311-HD - Left
KB3C-5310-DE - Right
I assume it's the placement in the tower and the left might have a stronger spring - for the extra weight (Gas Tank) - if we reflect back on some owners enquiring about the body lean
If we refresh from @quangdog's video of the door operation

Did you attempt a - Recalibration? by pulling the FCIM fuse for 5-Minutes, this resets the end-to-end drive of the actuator - note any binding it will consider that the end of travel, this is why it does not always correct the issue.
Since the actuator gears appear intact and this...
It’s not possible to turn off or change the 5 -Minute Timer it’s imbedded into the controller logic - Safety Feature. It has already been explored with no resolution.
The only solution is to use MAX AC
Yes the manuals provide a broad range but this is PCM control range.
Normal STFT = near 0 % & LTFT should be about 7 to 8 % , now there is always some variance.
Ideally you want the LTFT to average within the 10% window from zero
From my post above
"and Vacuum Pump???? I assume you are referring to the brake booster hose (aspirator valve)"
This is what I am referring - this takes the place of the vacuum pump, since our Ranger does not have the physical vacuum pump.
When the booster vacuum drops (This is the sensor on...
What was the exact O2 Heater code initially and which sensor has been replaced and which wire harness was replaced?
To confirm all the other items being replaced is to address the high LTFT issue- Correct
Is the LTFT high at both Idle and above Idle? This is a very important piece of information...
