As I think about it; using with a parking light wont be so bad. Because there will be daylight to see the switches during the day lmao So I guess I just need assistance with how to wire that up
Whats up everyone
So im trying to get my trigger 6 installed. Ill start off by saying I am not knowledgable at all when it comes to electronics. every electronic ive ever installed on my builds I just followed youtube videos. However; there is nothing for the ranger and this trigger.
Where Im...
 fair enough!
Im looking into possibly doing a different route on my lights. I have had the KC cyclones before. Loved them. But they have gotten very expensive compared to 5 years ago.
So im thinking of just buying 4 of them individually and then buying a 4 lead harness to run them. Does...
I’ll be honest, my lights only use very often. I want them to illuminate when I am out on the trails and in tougher places on the rocks, but also in the rare instance that I need to do something on my truck. I had a situation last year where I had to do some work on my tire and stupid me didn’t...
stupid question I’m sure; but did you just splice the lights and these connectors together? I assume that’s all that has to be done since it’s just a p and n wire
oh shoot I misread that part of attaching the lights. I got so into your set up I got lost lol But that is good to know about not using the pro install kit as I did not see the need to add that if I plan to run to my trigger as you did. All that feedback helps!
thats a damn set up! thank you for all that. if you dont mind me asking; how did you mount them? With that fender liner; im not sure how to mount them since there is not metal contact surface. Also, did you run the pro installer for aux switches or just wire yourself? Im going to be...
Yea I’ve seen a few magnetic options. Which would be nice. But curious how they stick with that felt type wheel well liner. Bc that would be great to not have to drill.
I’m going to reach out to Lux. As I read them again I may not need a additional hook up. Since I have the trigger it sounds...
I have actually seen those. The only reason I haven’t considered them is by the time I add the set up to run my switch, I’m back up to like $280. And at that point I’d just go Baja haha but it’s good to know those at least are being recommended by others! I’ll have to check out more pics
I’m starting to begin searching for rock lights to use for some better lighting when out on the trails in darker conditions.
I’m familiar with the big brands like Baja. Kc. And rigid. But for something I’ll use so little I’m not a fan of spending $300 on them lol
so I’m looking for some other...
they will not be running a sale again according to a rep. They said in fact pricing will most likely be increasing due to all the supply issues.
I personally chose to go with the ford performance tune. My reasoning behind this is simply this: I maintain a warranty and still get a nice boost in...
