  1. Ranger blasphemy!

Looks nice, but you have to get the ZR2 to get user switchable lockers.
  2. Tire Size Fitment Master Thread

Well, a local tire shop has a pretty good deal on the Cooper AT3 XLT's. I was looking at 4S's, and at Wildpeak AT3's, but the XLT's are the same price as 4S, and cheaper than the Falkens, at this place. I thought it was a mistake when they told me the installed price. I have a 1500 mile work...
  3. What did you receive in the mail today for your Ranger?

that and a compressor seem to be good tools to be carrying. More stuff to add to the list.
  4. Hi-Lift Storage

Really old thread, but my 48 inch Hi-Lift fits behind the back seat with the handle on it without issue. I made the handle removable so the handle itself can be used as a leverage tool if needed. I used it to replace the axle nuts when I put the leveling kit in. Anyways, I took the steel base...
  5. Need feedback on new tires

I considered those trail terrains, but all of the reviews I read said they lacked in rain. It rains too much where I live to have slippery wet tires.

Not the Fox kit, but in my Eibach thread I posted some. Left the front at the setting the came with. Still has a very slight rake. I have room on the fronts to dial them up another inch or so.
  8. Eibach Leveling Kit

Hadn't really looked much at the AT3 4S, but it's about $50/tire cheaper than the XLT, which brings the price for 5 back a little closer to earth. Seems to get good reviews.
  9. Eibach Leveling Kit

that's my issue with the Hankooks. They seem pretty slippery in the rain. So - the AT3 4S handle it well?
  10. Eibach Leveling Kit

Yeah, i've pretty much decided 265/70/18 willbe what i get to avoid any further mods.
  11. Eibach Leveling Kit

Well, some of you may have seen my "difficulties" thread in the initial install, where I pulled out a cv axle. I pulled the axle out, fixed the cv, and put the axle back in. Well, after going through that, the whole thing is finally installed. The most significant PITA in that was that, for...
  12. Why order an FX4 package after reading this forum?

I'm not upgrading the suspension because I hate it, I just wanted to level/small lift it.
  13. Atlanta, GA Metro, Any clubs?

I created a FB for that. It seems that they go on forest service roads. I haven't really seen any reviews of the Hankooks, other than youtube. I am thinking of going with Cooper AT3's.
  14. Gun Related Pictures and Chat

I tried to standardize my modern arms as well, just because having too many calibers is stupid expensive.

Multiple lawsuits filed. Would have to believe they stop it while those work out.

  18. Factory Nav vs Google Maps

Can you not get apple carplay or android auto to work? I use AA and it took an initial setup on my phone, but it displays fine. Phone has to be plugged into usb for it. I think apple is wireless, but not sure.
  19. Factory Nav vs Google Maps

I downloaded it, but the only free thing I see on it is digital black and white pdf motor vehicle use maps. They do show where you're at on them, which is nice, but there's no info. That USFS Visitor map was great because it showed trail names, camp sites, features like picnic areas and...
  20. Factory Nav vs Google Maps

This is actually one ofbthe applications I was most interested in. The USFS has a really good trail app, but right now, it's not letting android download offline maps.
