You did a damn fine job painting, wow!
  2. Engine cover (revisited)

Every time I put my info and credit card in, it replied there was an error. I triple checked and all was well. Did it again a day later, same problem. I did end up ordering on eBay, but just now I tried your site again. I didn't want to press the checkout button this time in case it worked...
  3. Engine cover (revisited)

Some like it, some don’t. Nature of the game.
  4. Engine cover (revisited)

Thanks for that, perhaps they'll see the tag in your post.
  5. Engine cover (revisited)

I really think Levittown Ford, a primary sponsor of this site should stop advertising this cover on line for $187.95 if they will not honor that price.
  6. Engine cover (revisited)

It is metal? If so, steel or aluminum?
  7. Engine cover (revisited)

What's up with the colored lettering? Haven't seen that before. I like the red knob!
  8. Engine cover (revisited)

I almost bought the JCR aftermarket metal cover but their site claims it can take five weeks to even get ready to ship. I went with OEM foam.
  9. Engine cover (revisited)

That's where I ordered mine from, same vendor.

Rattle can should be fine. The stuff I've had powder coated lately is less durable (or adherent) than rattle can.
  11. Engine cover (revisited)

Yes, it looks like you had to cut away some of the metal. Perhaps get it repainted and it will look great. Here's a pic from the JCR site:
  12. Engine cover (revisited)

Why on earth did you go that route? With all the extra drilling, cutting, and hardware? Plus, two depressed bolt holes with no bolts in them...just doesn't look right to my eyes. But then, it may look great to others!
  13. Engine cover (revisited)

Whew, I looked through the first 12 pages of your rebuild and couldn't find it! I've never seen anyone add so much. :like:
  14. Engine cover (revisited)

It just gets better and better, ha!
  15. Engine cover (revisited)

Oh yeah, I'm sure it'll feel like a cheap piece of plastic, which it is. But somehow, the engine looks incomplete without it.
  16. Engine cover (revisited)

I have a 2023 Tremor and am slowly filling in the pieces that Ford deleted. The engine cover is an interesting item. You will find many Ford parts sites on line that offer it for under $180. On every site I tried, I filled in all my info, selected shipping and then when I clicked it came up...
  17. My new Tremor and first round of mods

Removing the Man Card creates room for the brain.
  18. My new Tremor and first round of mods

    Damper is mandatory.
  19. Upfitter switches

I have a 2023 Tremor with the array of upfitter switches on the dash. I'd like to put them to some function, and was wondering what some of the folks here have done. I'm reluctant to add a winch because it's a fair bit of cash for something I'd probably never use. I don't want to install a...
  20. Help identifying a plastic part?

I've seen this question posed before on other sites, but is there an on-line place where one can pull up the microfiche for their Ford vehicle and zoom down on the part they are looking for? That way, you can get the part number and order it. Otherwise, I think you're stuck driving to the...
